Dear Reader,
Growth is an essential part of life. 
Living things mature and grow, from seeds to flowers,
from eggs to butterflies, from infants to adults. 
These physical transformations are easily noticed. 
Spiritual growth, however, is not as easily seen or measured.

親愛的讀者，
成長是生命的必然的狀態。 
生物的成熟、成長，從種子到開花，
從雞蛋到蝴蝶，從嬰兒長大成年人。
這些外表的變化很容易受注意。
很容易被注意到。 
然而，靈命的成長不是那麼容易察覺，或是測量。

There are milestone moments in our spiritual life, 
such as the day we receive the Holy Spirit.
Our personal cultivation habits feed and strengthen our spirit. 
Yet what often pushes us through to new levels of maturity 
are the trials and difficulties that we encounter.

我們的靈修生活中，有許多里程碑的時刻，
例如，我們得到聖靈的那一天。
我們個人靈修的習慣，會滋養強化我們的靈性。
然而，常常會推動我們，能夠達到新的成熟水平是，
我們所遇到的考驗和困難。

The daily issues that we face 
can be the catalyst for spiritual growth 
as well as unexpected emergencies or experiences. 
The testimonies and column articles show us examples of members 
who have emerged victorious from their trials 
to gain a new appreciation for God’s love and power 
and a new understanding of their faith.

每天我們所面臨的問題，
可以成為靈性成長的催化劑，
以及是意外緊急的情況或體驗。
本期專欄文章的見證，向我們展示了信徒的案例，
他們是從考驗中取得勝利的人，
對於神的慈愛和力量得到了新的認識，
並對他們的信仰有了一番新的體會。

May the articles in this issue encourage us to strengthen our faith 
so that we can continue to grow in spirit 
and overcome tribulation through God’s mercy.
